My niche is in health, sleep problems and natural solutions for them, anybody know if I ought to put a disclaimer somewhere that I'm not a doctor and I'm not giving medical advice?

Having a disclaimer like that can be very important in protecting yourself in modern times where everybody's first step seems to be call and ambulance chaser....
