WOW for WA Site Support

I won't bore you with the specific details of the technical problem I had with my site.

(Suffice it to say IT WAS ALL MY FAULT)

I contacted "Site Support" and imagined that there'd be a delay of a minimum of 6 hours due to time zone differences. About 40 minutes later I noticed that there was a response. When I checked the time I sent my request and the time they sent their response the difference was less than 30 minutes.

How is THAT for service?

Talk about exceeding expectations.

That is great service! In this day and age, it is very difficult to get good service. This again is a reflection of the quality of the folks behind WA. I never had an opportunity to ask for Site Support, but when I do, it is good to know that the service is excellent. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Julie, I’m impressed with them too. I’ve messed up my website twice in the past – totally my fault both times. Within 20-30 minutes they fixed it for me. I hope everything’s going super with your site by the way!
