WOW for WA Site Support

I won't bore you with the specific details of the technical problem I had with my site.

(Suffice it to say IT WAS ALL MY FAULT)

I contacted "Site Support" and imagined that there'd be a delay of a minimum of 6 hours due to time zone differences. About 40 minutes later I noticed that there was a response. When I checked the time I sent my request and the time they sent their response the difference was less than 30 minutes.

How is THAT for service?

Talk about exceeding expectations.

Totally agree with you that WA support is second to none!

I'm pleased to say I've only had to contact them on a couple of occasions but each time I've had a response and fix within 20 minutes!!

This is a really awesome feature of WA, I am involved with other platforms where you sort of have to pester to get a response. So it is very refreshing to be here safe in the knowledge that we have technical people on our team.

it is a bonus to have tech support I have always had a quick response from them and sorted my problems out most of the time it is me lol
