Backing up my website.could this be a big problem?

So I went to back up my website, since it had been awhile since I last did. So I sent to tools, export, and downloaded the file like I normally do. When I opened the file there was an error at the top(in red) that said this:

This page contains the following errors:

error on line 6062 at column 29: Input is not proper UTF-8, indicate encoding ! Bytes: 0x13 0x0C 0x13 0x0C

Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

I attached an image below as well.

The back up does seem to have a lot of my website stuff on it, but I am concerned, based on the error message, that not all of my website is backed up.

Am I correct on that assumption? If so, how do I fix this?

Thx for any help bc I am not a coder by any means.

I would just do it again. Does it give the same error?

Just tried it again, same thing. All my pages and post seem to upload just fine....I'm just scared if something happens and I need to upload that back up, that there may be a lot of content lost. I wonder if I could get WAs tech support to see what is going on?

Yes I would send a support ticket.

Grt, thx will do! ;-)
