Hello Everyone!

So, I have 2 websites, 1 is a blog and the other I would like to make, as close to a "store", as I possibly can.
Am I able to do that with affiliate

I would recommend no more than 100 links/page for the store. Yes, you can do it with affiliate links, but I would recommend still having some sort of a description for each product along with a photo for it to sell. You can also use an API to automatically flow that info into a page - takes a little programming, but also will ensure that you have the latest products, prices and availability for your store.

Great information! Thank you so much! I definitely will do that!

I'm not exactly sure on this, but I'd look at Jay's Football Snack Helmet site and use that as a guide. This is his first niche walkthrough site he did for WA and it is a successful (although seasonal) niche site.

Since you only want a few affiliate links on each page, Jay has a separate page for each item, with links on that page.

Hope this helps:)

Awesome! Thank you so much for that info! That's very helpful! I'm going to take a look now!

Your welcome. This site is unusual though, there's very little content on each page. I'm not sure how this works, but it does for Jay.

I would want more content - so you'd have more related keywords for Google to tap into.

Good luck!

That's true! Thank you! I'll probably add more content, but it's nice to see an example, and see what other people are doing, so that was very helpful!

Thanks again!

Hi Janis
It varies but I say around 1 link per 350 words
All the best

Thank you!

I use that concept. I have heard 1 link per 500, 1 link per 250, etc. I will tell you that I have a few posts ranked on the first page and all are around the 350 mark. I do have a 1500 word post with 6 links that ranked too, so its unclear lol

LOL Thank you for that info! I will definitely use that method then! I'm just trying to tread lightly so google doesn't get mad at me!!! :)

Thanks again for your help!
