I can't seem to find the problem. Maybe some of my website settings are set wrong?
If it is a Site Rubix website, then SSL is not available because they are sub-domains. It is only for top-level domains like a .com or a .org etc. If you are looking for where to turn it on, go to SIte manager and click the "details" button in the bottom right corner.

Thank you for your help. Yes it is an siterubix . Now I have a new problem, my WordPress is down. My website isn't secure now after installing a few plugins. How do I change it back? I can't even log into my WordPress site
I get the message my website isn't private. People can steel information. How do I change that?
Hey, you need to buy your own domain that come with SSL certificate. The .com is only $15 per year and is a pretty much good investment for your long term business. Your Domain IS Your Brand.
If you’re using Sub Domain website, your visitors may turn away because is not secured.
Unfortunately, WA does not support SSL on sub-domains. The only way to get SSL is to buy your own domain. They cost about $15 per year. I do not know how to change the msg u are getting, maybe ask Site Support if there is something u can do. Sry I cannot be more helpful, that is all I know.

Ok thank you and does it fix my WordPress again? Because the site won't even open. Just want to make sure I can safe my websites and fix it
