I was playing around with WP and now when I go to "All Posts", half my posts show up there, while the other half show up under "Tags". Can someone please help me straighten thi

I think the easiest way is to go tot the Quick Edit button on them
I actually figured it out. I am still trying to figure out how categorize everything and in the process got things moved in the wrong places. I think I will leave everything uncategorized until I can learn how to do this correctly. Thanks. Appreciate your response.

You can hover over posts and click categories.
Create as many categories as you like; don't forget to add the slug.
Then, you can head to Appearance > Menus, and provided you create a menu first, you can start adding those categories.
Then, you can head to your posts and assign them to their respective categories. You can assign a post to more than one category.
So, when folks click on a specific category, they can see all related posts.
