I am having issues with one of my sites. I was told by tech support that I should move my site to another server. I asked for some more detail and got silence. I don't know wha

If it is required, it would be moved.

What problem are you having?

Abie

They changed the server. I could not use or search for new plug ins and I was having all kinds of site health issues.

Hi James

If it’s just been one day it may be some on their end that is affecting other sites, too.

Ask them to move it to another server if the problem continues tomorrow.

In the meantime, empty your server and browser cache, and deactivate any new or updated plugins to see if that solves the problem.

Frank

Site Support will do this don't worry, they will inform you before proceed.

Site support are the ones to do this if you are still having issues or not getting a proper response from support then contact Kyle or Carson to escalate it.

Andre

In practice, Site Support are the people to make the move so... Get back to them again... They may have been handling a problem that we're not aware of... Ask them to make the move.

Getting Started

Is there a plug or something that I can use to make a list printable on my posts? I have some check lists that I would like people to be able to print and use if needed.

this is quite an old plugin and may not work properly but there is a plugin that allows what you want - and includes automatically a link to your site
https://wordpress.org/plugins/checklist/
might be worth trying it on a test site first....

Thank you. I will check into this.

You might be better off creating your list as a PDF, uploading it to a folder on your website and then putting a button (or text) in your post that a visitor can click on to download it.

That is actually not a bad idea. I am still learning to work with WP and have a long way to go. I am going to attempt this. Thank you.

Good luck with it, James.
