I Just Earned a Dedication Badge!

Since my last blog post, much time has passed. During that period, I lost interest in Wealthy Affiliate for a few reasons.

Primarily, I was not well informed, which is partly because I did not fully grasp or understand what I heard or read. For example, I should have bought another year of Premium membership during the sale, last November, because my membership would continue at that rate each year from then on, and today's update would not have cost the same as my first year's membership.

I became discouraged because I picked a difficult niche and thought that all blog posts had to be 1,500 words OR MORE in length and seeded with SEO words appropriate to my niche. (While SEO is true, it's not as difficult as I felt back then.) So, I floundered and dropped the ball with my blog site, PropheticArtistries.com. It just sat with my first post and Google indexed for months.

I often looked at PropheticArtistries.com, but left it alone. During that period, I studied my art and purchased a number of art supplies. I also met a few outstanding professional artists. But, my subconscious was nagging me about my neglect of Wealthy Affiliate and my blog.

So, a few weeks ago, I logged in and looked, again, at all of the resources that Wealthy Affiliate provides. Wow! It truly is impressive!

I made a decision. I had six other blogs on a different hosting company's shared server, and those sites were constantly going down for anywhere from 4 minutes to more than half-an-hour. I was disgusted with that hosting company and wanting to leave them. Moreover, their user interface was not actually a dashboard, and what I tried to find kept hiding from me. I even forgot how to locate my sites' folders and files. But, I had purchased 3 years of their hosting services with no refund after 90 days (which was last year). What to do?!

Finally, as I said, I made a decision. I moved all six sites to Wealthy Affiliates Premium server with the help of WA's friendly, patient, and knowledgable SiteSupport. It is SO MUCH EASIER, now, to login to my sites, edit them, promote them, update their hosting and my Premium membership, which I did just today, and so much more... AND receive top, professional training from our Personal Coach, Kyle, in how to promote and monetize all of my sites!

Truly, Wealthy Affiliate's dashboard is an intelligently designed resource! The friendly community is so supportive and helpful, everyone is so nice, and it is so easy to build, maintain, monetize, and promote our sites, here!

There is something else I finally accomplished, just this week (and it's only Tuesday)! I Commented on 12 sites and requested 3 Comments on my first Wealthy Affiliate site, PropheticArtistries.com. However, I received not just 3 but 6, SIX I tell you!, Comments that will help improve my site with Google!

Obviously, I'm just bubbling over with excitement and enthusiasm about Wealthy Affiliate and all of the training and tools that Kyle and Carson have provided for our success! So, I'm taking this opportunity to thank both Kyle and Carson so very much for this beautiful opportunty that they have created for us. Thank you, gentlemen!

Now you know why I happily received my One Year Dedication Badge, today. I'm here for a year, now, and intending to stay and take advantage of all that is available to create not just my succes but the success of all who I can convince to give Wealthy Affiliate a try.
