Particular in the beginning I got a lot of help from the WA community with my questions and issues about skills and direction.

It made me continuing the lessons with greater confidence. It is crucial comparing to where I am today, where I want to be in the future and to my own contribution back to the WA community.

I signed up for WA 5 months ago. My first challenge was the English language. English is not natural for me and definitely not one of my strongest skills. So, my first main goal was to educate myself in English by deciding to set a content goal: Writing 100k English words and upload them to my website. I reached 98k, so It’s okay with me.

I took the decision because there are so many resources and activity opportunities in WA, and I started to feel the information overload, which meant I began to stall and didn’t complete my daily tasks as I had planned.

But sometimes on the way in this process, I had to create a little variation and one of them was to see a Jay Neill WA - webinar where he shows a Quote saying:

“The reason why people give up so fast is because they tend to look at how far they still have to go, instead of how far they have gotten…”

What a wonderful quote. In my opinion It tells us that we have to FOCUS on our daily progress and what we want and look at what we have achieved until now with our online activities.

The biggest challenge I had in reaching my content goal…

I was too fast because my focus was mainly on creating content and improving my English skills. So, I forgot 'something' in many of my articles and I didn’t know which ones and what it was specifically. Therefore, I decided to make a remember list and then go through all my content again and adjust the articles according to my…

Basic remember list in new posts:

  • Adapt keyword phrase in the title (Headline), so it makes sense in the context
  • Place the title within the 5 first intro lines
  • H2 Headlines with keyword parts
  • Alt attribute + Description in pictures
  • Internal linking
  • Line spacing
  • Metatags: The title as it is at the top + Preview snippet / Description + Keyword phrase

Enjoy the journey, it will always continue…

Congrats on your achievements, Henrik!
You are making great progress. This journey is different for each person, seems to me you have taken the best approach possible and "early in the game" too. I am a bit more haphazard in the way I work and as a result, the lists that are so important to keeping us on track came much later for me than you.
You're doing great with your English language too - I speak English only and have a very slight understanding of other languages. There is no way I could take on the task of building a website in another language - that is admirable.
I wish you every success as you continue in your online business adventures!
Blessings
Louise

Very well done, Henrik!

Jeff

Congrats to you Henrik. Thanks for sharing your tips as well :-)

English is not my mother tongue as well and I'm no writer too. You're achievement is inspiring. Congratulations!

Rose

Well done. Jim
