I mastered my Notifications! LOL

I remember a couple of decades ago, standing and watching over the shoulder of my organised sister as she flipped through spread sheets on her computer. She was trying to explain stuff to me. I was making an attempt at bookkeeping, and she was "helping me out".
She was going fast, and refusing to slow down, despite my pleas. I wondered if she was trying to overwhelm me so I'd stop asking questions.
Suddenly she randomly picked up an empty plastic inbox tray and asked, "Do you know what this is?"
Before I could form a hesitant answer, she replied, "That's my inbox".
Then as if I hadn't noticed, she added "It's empty".
That really got me.

I forget what prompted that exclamation, but the idea of the empty inbox stunned me. I had never in my life had an empty inbox. As I considered it, I thought "my whole house is my inbox!", which included my filing cabinets, boxes and other stuff I had. And I did have a lot of those plastic inbox trays that were rather full. Whether craft stuff, paperwork or anything else, I always had something to get on with.
Well I now have an empty inbox at Wealthy Affiliate! š "My Notifications" has reached empty a few times over the last 12 hours.
It feels a bit weird because it says "Oh no, there are no notifications..." whereas I feel it should be saying "Well done! you've cleared your inbox!".
I know, I know it might seem like something basic to some, but since I've been here I didn't carry through and empty it properly... and each time I made a start, it seemed even more full than before. There are some people here who would have received responses from me that are about 7 months late! This also might be weird, but I feel rather good about having "caught up".
So I'm going to check that one off as another small win!
Which I think helped lead to the even bigger win of deciding on the website I'll get on with. The One. At least for now.
All the others have been placed on the backburner in my Trello board for safe keeping, and I have one blog, that I'm truly passionate about to get on with. I'm passionate about all the others of course - which is what made this decision so hard - but I can see I more naturally talk about this subject all the time.
Yes, and even though I may seem to be a disorganised person sometimes, that subject is "getting organised".
So exciting.
Thank you everyone for giving me support and encouragement as I made this decision!
