My First Attempt At Promoting Wealthy Affiliate
Hello Wealthy Affiliate!
Almost time to get some sleep for this evening but before I turn in I have a question to ask. How many of you are promoting Wealthy Affiliate? Okay. Now, how many of you are successfully promoting Wealthy Affiliate?
For the first time, I gave a hoot about a promotion..with a deadline, and a timeline for completion. I thought about who my perfect customer is and how to get in front of them. I thought about what colors they might like and how to reach them without blowing my budget.
I started early to ensure that I understood funnels and sequences. Then, I stayed up late and got outta bed early to jump into my computer and get to work on my novice campaign. 'Only 100 referrals to go' I thought. I should at least try to keep my word to myself and get to Las Vegas in one year. So, finally, the campaign was ready and I began to post and advertise. A lot. I decided more advertising was necessary than posting to reach greater numbers of potential Wealthy Affiliates. Anyways, I felt something new well up now that I had sprang into action. I'd say it was pride. And although I write the Blog and then produce the Vlog, I never really discuss Wealthy Affiliate. When had it become my best kept secret? I dunno.
And then, it happened! No, sillies...not a sale or anything like that. Right there in my inbox, an email ad featuring the Wealthy Affiliate Black Friday Sale. I really got a great look at someone else's concept for promoting this platform. I mean, what could I say? The advert reeked of experience! It is sharp! It is concise! What the heck was I thinking about when I chose my patterns and colors and images and buttons? Gee whiz...but then again, hey...mine looks different. It has a little sumthin' sumthin' that this other affiliate didn't go for. Yeah. Mine is more simple, and bit more to the point...plus just wait until they hit that button and get a glimpse at Kyle and the video sales letter. Right then and there I smiled and I knew that my stuff was working for me! Woop woop!!
We'll see what happens. It's the first 24 hours of the NOV 27 - NOV 30 ONLY period. And, I am excited to share the Wealthy Affiliate opportunity. I've got my own domain for almost one year now and I have never said a word to anyone about jacquelyn alford .com before today. Imagine that. I am glad that advert landed in my inbox. I was impressed and if I wasn't already a member, I'd sign up for training again. I hope my ads have that effect on someone who is ready to take a chance on themself and build their own online business. Just like me.
