7 Years, Rank 101, $0
Hey folks and good day to you all!
Thank you for taking a minute to read my post.
I have not been committed full time for the past 7 years by any means... In fact, I am on year 3 of my real estate license and was looking to increase my local authority.
Since I am on the computer all the time I picked affiliate marketing back up because I failed years ago. With more knowledge and wisdom, I feel like I have a solid grasp on the Do's and Don'ts at this point in time, but I have still yet to make a single dollar off any affiliate links.
Both of my sites are now NEW - Possibly the issue?
Anywho.... I am keepin on! There is way too much determination in me to fail this time.
What have some of you been successful with marketing?

For anybody who is following or interested in this post...
I think I may have found a unique angle to work to generate revenue and create relationships here in the Twin Cities.
Through Jaaxy, I discovered the low hanging fruit of flower delivery in Minneapolis. Since I use flowers as closing gifts along with many other real estate agents, I decided this could be a unique approach to building local authority.
There are multiple affiliate programs that offer flower delivery in Minneapolis.
What do ya'll think?
Hello Jacob
That sounds like a great idea! You may have discovered a great opportunity. I encourage you to work on this and give it a try. I think it will work well if you do it right. I wish you good luck with this and with your online businesses. All the best to your success.
Regards
Timothy
Hi Jacob,
I have been here about six years, but just started up again recently. I have found that Facebook has been quite useful in driving traffic to my main sites. It is slow going, but I just keep trying. Eventually, I know it will pay off big time!
Just keep plugging away. You got this just don't quit. Set a schedule for yourself and stick with it.
Best wishes,
Karin
You only fail if you quick. Keep moving forward and follow the training step by step. You got this! 😎
Hello Jacob
If you are doing local real estate. I would suggest local SEO. Here is the class Kyle made on how to accomplish this. How to Build a Local SEO Hub with Wealthy Affiliate. Good Luck
Michael
It will take time to build trust. I am sure as an independent you will be able to list properties and gain traffic. When I bought, I did so from an independent because I do not like dealing with bigger companies.
I wish you well.
Michael

Hello Jacob
It's great to hear you are back at things with your websites. Affiliate marketing is a simple business model but it will take a lot of time, effort and dedication to make money from it.
It can take a few months or more to start earning money from your website. Consistency is key and I encourage you to keep going this time. Never give up and keep creating new content regularly. Follow the training on WA and do a little bit of work each day if you can.
A little goes a long way and if you keep at it you will eventually get to where you want to be. I'm in a similar situation to you as I haven't made much money with my online businesses over the last few years because I haven't always been committed full time.
But I'm not giving up and I will keep going so I encourage you to keep going to. I know you can do this and please never give up. I hope this helps you and makes sense. I have followed you on WA and I look forward to seeing your progress and your success. All the best to your success.
Regards
Timothy
