You need to set yourself a schedule for how often you're going to send tweets throughout the day when you are going to send amazon links. However you will also need to make sure that you send out lots of other information or you could fall foul of the twitter rules and have your account banned.
If you're hoping to do it regularly then you will need to think about paying to schedule so that you don't have to think about when to send them out. Unless you do this regularly but also chat and offer other useful tweets - it's challenging (but not impossible) to be successful at it.
