Affiliate marketing - get me a sale!
Hi All,
It's been a while since I've posted, so I thought I'd share with you a question I've had on my mind. I want to ask for your feedback/personal experience on affliliate marketing. In the past month that I've started affiliate marketing, I've had anywhere from 5-25 views/clicks on links but no purchases as of yet. I know the process takes time and I probably need to continue posting content (currently at about 14 blogs) but I'd love to hear how you all have either put your sites out there to improve sales or how long/how many posts/clicks before you started getting people buying items through links?
Any feedback/advice would be much appreciated!

Anywhere from 3 months at the earliest to a year and beyond, and it all depends on good quality content being written and LOTS of it!
When you succeed, you will look back and realize it was ALL worth it!

Traffic and revenue snowballs though. The work that you set out now, will pay off down the road and often times forward.
I typically recommend that people give themselves 3 months to really start gaining traction, and a year to establish a scalable business.
Sharon, in content marketing it takes tons of it. The alternative is Pay Per Click

This is what I have been told. 6 months to 1 year before you get sufficient traffic to generate sales.
You need 40 articles that is rich in content to build authority and publishing of articles must be done regularly.
