10 minutes to my Paradise
Monday March 2, 2020 is coming to a end! It's been a wonderful day, so tonight after dinner I decided to take a little drive.
I hopped in my car, cranked me up some Steffanwolf and headed up the highway.(Highway 120 towards Yosemite)..looking for adventure!
My horses are out in the Big Creek Meadow grazing and they are fat and sassy this time of year! They look beautiful and shiny. Tee is a black and white mare, she's my old lady. Dandy is a palomino paint and she's a sweetheart! All summer long tourist are pulling over on the highway to take their picture. They are famous and don't know it! The Big Creek Meadow is a beautiful 100+ acre ranch that offers Bed and Breakfast accommodations. I fell in love with the Big Creek Meadow the first time I saw it. I knew that one day I would have my horses and some cattle out there. It took 25 years to make it happen..you can say I am no quitter.
As I continue rockin on up the highway and take a right turn into Rainbow Pools. I turn off that radio so fast because I can see the river up ahead. I know I can hear it soon, I rolled the windows down. The birds are singing at the top of their little lungs and an occasional bat catches my eye as the sun is starting to go down over the canyon. As I hurry and park which was easy because no one else is here. I love it. I get out and go down to the big smooth boulders and sit there for a few minutes just breathing, listening to the waterfall. This is peace for me. Should I take my boots off and put my feet in the pool... No, never mind the water is pure snow melt this time of year and freezing! It was a great thought, just a bad idea and had to do it!
The sun is setting and I can see it through the Tuolumne Canyon. I can't ever get enough of the lavender and orange colors in the sky from my happy rock here at Rainbow Pools.
So here's a good evening to you and yours from me and Rainbow Pools as I sit here and watch a beautiful sunset.
Follow me and share with your friends for more of my horse riding adventures and watch for a new page on the history Rainbow Pools!

I took the day off today of house chores. I went to Rush Creek a resort a few miles from the ranch. One mile from the Yosemite gate! It was a warm day for this time of year..so some sun and lunch..worked on affiliate links. I've listened to the lesson several times and did alot of researching today.. wow.. not finding what I envisioned but I'm going to keep looking.
Wow, Brenda--that place is gorgeous! What a nice place to do those WA lessons though--talk about solitude and beauty! Thanks for sharing!
As for those links, keep researching and you'll eventually find the answer you are looking for, or close to it!
Rush Creek is a wonderful place..but today back to the Roadhouse and I may go to Madison House to do some cleaning! Let's see what today brings.
All of my adventures are with 30 miles of my house..so before, after and sometime in the middle of my work day I try to enjoy a little bit. Life is short but not too short to enjoy these kind of things!
Oh blessed I am! It makes me writing about my niche so easy! Now I just have to figure out to get traffic to it so they will book with me and let me refer them to other local businesses. Thanks for your comment! How is your site going for you the last month?
Great. I am into it for the long haul and surely both of us will get our goals in due time! Are you marketing a resort tourism?
Yes I personally have 3 bed and breakfast that I am promoting along with adventures the way to Yosemite National Park. I pay a serivce to promote and advertise my properties. I feel with the help of WA I can market and make money myself while selling other companies products too..now just to figure it out..have a great day!!

So descriptive. I used to live off the grid in northern Canada on a lake watching sunsets and then later the Northern Lights. I miss it, but excursions to Yosemite and Tuolumne Meadows always helps... just not often enough. Thanks for the article.
That's on my bucket list is to see the Northern Lights! You are so very lucky!! Thank you for reading my post! Let's follow each other and see how it goes!
