I need help choosing the right keyword.
I am in the process of writing a post comparing the dangers of sitting against smoking. I have done some research and have found a few very usable keywords but would like to hear some ideas from you. I have listed the keywords in order of competition.

In principle, they are all good keywords and as such could be used. Be careful with the last one with the enormous score of 4486 searches. Competition will be stiff and it might take time to get to first page. The first 7 key words, which all look like evergreens, will give you quicker results.
Yes I will stay away from that last one, it also has the second lowest headline score out of the lot. Thanks for your input, much appreciated.

I would try using the headline anayliser first to get the best headline and that will give you the keyword suggestion
Thank you for your input Paul. The keyword that I am leaning towards is "why is sitting bad for your health" and has a score of 69 on the headline analyzer. Only two others score higher with 71.

Well I prefer the SomoMe and easier to work with - now if you try the headline anayliser it will give you keywords so put your choice into it and see what it says and let me know ok
