A delivery option for Australians selling physical products

Hi,

I have found this company that does Australian deliveries of physical products at a really competitive price when compared to Australia Post and couriers. They state they can access 90% of Australian addresses.

The company is Sendle https://www.sendle.com/

They even collect the product from your home/office. It must be a physical address not a PO Box. I will be sending larger art pieces and their prices make sure that the cost of delivery will not be a limiting factor in making a sale.

Hope this helps!

Ingrid

Thanks for the info...Do they also offer warehousing and order fulfillment services? That is something along the lines of what you can do at Amazon, but I am looking for some cheaper options....Cheers! Dave : )

Hi,
No just an affordable postage/delivery system.
I'm sure with Amazon coming to Australia there will be a lot of competition in delivery pricing and who knows maybe in storage and drop shipping. Fingers crossed.

OK thanks! : )

Thanks for sharing Ingrid. Australia Post prices are way over the top. I can buy stuff and have it delivered from China for less than the cost of just the postage.

Exactly! Ridiculous really.
The only place they cannot deliver to are Australia Post owned properties, hence the no delivery to PO Boxes.
I have a few artist friends using them who say the service is great.
One had a courier quote of $165 Australia Post were $70ish and Sendle were $40ish for a parcel 60cm x 40cm x 10cm that weighed 2.6kg.
