So it's almost been one full month since I joined this great marketing community of WAU.Though my progress in the website building department is going a lot slower then hoped for due to health challenges, I still feel I'm learning quite a bit of valuable information.
It's actually really interesting how I've noticed a change in my thinking patterns, I seem to associate everything, subconsciously it seems, with online marketing. Whether it's a television commercial, newspaper clipping, or a greeting card, my mind automatically drifts to thinking how that could fit into a marketing scenario?

In fact I was just watching an old B&W movie recently that had some pretty great lines as regards to the Marketer vs. Consumer relationship.
Line: ' When you come right down to it making money is simply the matter of analysis'...'analyze the times... figure out what people want most, then try to give it to them.'
I thought this was really great advise when it comes to trying to ''sell'' people an idea, product or service. This made me think well I'm a consumer what do I want most? I would think it's what most people want..... a sufficient income, health, happiness. So I feel if we look at our own daily wants, needs, and desires and the motivations that makes us aguire these things, we just might be much closer to closing the gap on the mysteries of successful advertising.
So in reviewing your personal achievements in marketing presentation it may be wise to ask 'Would I buy it?'
