Thank you for sharing this. Journals keep us writing, even if it is not a day we sit down to write content for our websites. It keeps us in the practice and hones our skills for us.

As for me, I am very much a pen and paper kind of gal. Don't get me wrong, computers are great for writing, too, but I like pen and paper because it causes me to slow down and then I think more about what I am writing.
