Almost 3 months at WA and I need honest feedback!
Hello everybody,
I have been almost 3 months in WA and I really enjoy my stay here.
For these months not only I have learned so many new things, but I have met some incredible people in the community!
I am just starting my Course 4 now. But before I start I want some honest opinion and feedback on my site development!
I am still struggling with changing font size and color and I just cannot find the right plug-in, so I would love to hear your advises on it :)

Nice looking site, where is the lead capture? You need to get people to sign up or bookmark the site, make them come back for that "special deal of the week? At the bottom, may one large print of the business name followed by large bullets of benefits.. Just my two cents
Hi Ilina - your site looks great - very slick. My only comment would be to make sure all of your paragraphs are the same - most are justified text, but a couple aren't (Miami & Bahamas) which makes it stand out. As far as fonts go, I use "Use Any Font" which is free and allows you to change the size of your text and the colour. Hope this helps :)
You have a very attractive site! I agree the print is a bit small. Maybe you could pm Kyle and see what he thinks! Being more experienced he might have the best suggestion on your font issue!

I had no problem accessing your site. It's looks great - you've changed theme, right?
Have you tried Tiny MCE for changing the font size? I had to install that one on of my sites as the text was tiny and it works great.
I actually don't think your text is so small you can't read it, but in an ideal world, it could be a bit bigger.
Aside from Adsense, have you applied for any other affiliate programs?

Yes, I have affiliated links - they are in vacation packages section :)
But I am still working on how to properly put them and where to put banners and so :)
I just put the Adsense to see how it works, but I do not have a lot of traffic yet, so it is not very useful for the moment :)
No problem. Worked for me.. but whatever you do, don't use WP edit.. it causes all manner of issues. You will have to go into each post and page and manually change the font size with Tiny MCE, which might be time consuming, it won't automatically do it all for you. Let me know how you get on :)
Ah, OK.. I was expecting to see some ads in your sidebar, but as you say, you are working on that. Certainly adding some things to your sidebar will add a professional touch. It doesn't have to be a whole load of ads either. You can add a bio, featured page, popular posts, an optin box, social follow buttons.. the list is endless.
Maybe consider creating a logo too? Canva is great, you can do it yourself.. or pay someone on Fiverr to do it for you.
Don't be fooled by adsense.. every little helps.. no matter how small your traffic flow. I was surprised at how many clicks I get! I do get better results by having adsense in my sidebar though, rather than the footer widget area.

Anyway, I love it! I love the theme and the font is fine ;)
And you have so many widgets - my theme does not have so many widgets ... :(
I have tried to run a search on Tiny MCE but I cannot find it.

The plugin is called TinyMCE Advanced - sorry, should have been more specific :)
Glad you like the site :) I assume you're talking about handbaghack.com ? You have to add plugins for some of the widgets, they're not specific to my theme. Let me know if you want details of any of them.

Sure.. these are the plugins I am using:
WP Biographia for the Bio
WordPress Popular Posts (I renamed it Hot Topics)
MailChimp for WordPress Lite (for the optin, linked to my mailchimp account)
The search and categories widgets should already be available to you, no plugin required, and the rest are ad banners I got from affiliate programs (copy the HTML code into a text widget).
The social follow buttons in the footer area are the Simple Social Icons plugin.

I have installed it! Yet, I do not see from where to change the font size? :) I have an additional row with tasks added, but there is no font size there! I might be doing something wrong :)

You have to change the settings to drag the options you need into the toolbar.. I've attached a screenshot which should help you :)
