I see many of my fellow WA warriors have already made some good comments. Here is what I first added to your home page, before I realized you had this post...
That's lovely! A few comments...
1, A few spelling errors here and there;
2. I would add a few pictures (just 1 or 2) to break the long text on your first home page... I see you have two home pages.. :-)
3. Take some pictures when you do your recipes next time and add them on that page; most people enjoy the visual thing, hence only WA members read, the rest of the world watch TV, but that is because of the visual element;
4. Good luck with adding some articles all over the place which should now point back to your site.
For a first one, I think you've done very well. Maybe I should just pass my blogs on to you, as I much rather walk the dog, peel potatoes or wash a stranger's truck than work on a WordPress site....
I agree with the two previous comments. Consider that the website doesn't have to be perfect at first. You have time to modify and refine. You may find this link helpful http://net.tutsplus.com/articles/web-roundups/showcase-of-inspiring-about-me-pages/
But I think you are headed in the right direction.
No panic as we say. Whilst there are a few things to tidy up on the site the main thing on any site is good content which you have.
I'm not entirely an expert but would just add the following suggestions
1. You have two home pages, one of which should be a post. I had this and you get rid of it by renaming the post into a new page.
2. The about me page doesn't actually tell me anything about you, so I suggest you re-write that one,
Hope this helps

Hi, your site looks like it's a good start, and the fact that you've got one up is a major step in the right direction.
I have a few suggestions though.
1. You've got two "Home" links. You can easily download a plugin called "Exclude Pages from Navigation". That will let you exclude any pages from the menu. You can also see if your theme supports menus, and create one to customize how the menu looks.
2. Your text is one giant link. You're probably missing an end tag somewhere.
3. The header says "click here", but it's not a clickable ad. Also, it's not a great idea to have your header as an ad. It's better to have a logo, or at least the name of your site with the default wordpress settings.
4. I would remove the ad at the bottom because it seems to be for something different from the affiliate product you're selling.
Good luck in your endeavors, and if you keep making improvements to your site, eventually you'll start making sales!
1. Congrats!
2. I don't know, I can't see your website. Perhaps place a link to it for us at WA to evaluate.
3. it's usually cluttered at first. Start small. Be definite. Match keywords from articles on other sites to keywords on posts and pages in your website.
4. Continue the certification training at WA.
Cool. I think it's off to a great start. With emphasis on the start.
1) I like the first page, try putting a link from that article to the page with the bike.
1.1) I think the bike looks cool and is a great product. Stick with it and develop it.
2) it is a little cluttered: there are two 'home' pages for example.
3.)Pictures. Put some on there. I checked out the recipess, but I would have loved a picture. Just find some for the same sort of recipe on google images and put 'em in.
4.) Write longer articles.
5) Stick to the categories you have for now and develp them, and write more offsite articles linking to them.
5.1) Skin Care, Mineral make-up, very similar. Recipes, bicycle.Use longer articles. Reference 'pillar articles. May be able to find video of the bicycle use. Put it on that page. Yes i know thre is a video on the merchant's website. Google likes video. Much longer articles on your pages, and use pictuers. Your web page articles can and probably should be much longer than the 400+ word articles on article publishing sites.
6) Good keywords, although a bit high competition maybe for ranking the website at first. Good theme match on health stuff. Write a few more articles on other sites focused on the specific products.
Love the bike.
7) your homepage article declares the bike costs $199. It is discounted to $249 on the sellers website. fyi.

Great start but too much info for the home page. I think the home page should have much less copy and give your reader a reason to dig further into all your good info. I also read somewhere that "red" is not a good color for copy - something about a reader interpreting it subconsciously to mean "STOP" and you don't want that.
Oh ok. Thanks.
