Increase in traffic and subscribers after a year

I set up my site over a year ago and ive been working on customising it and applying concepts like creating content , doing backlinks, submitting to article directories and social bookmarking sites like reddit. tumblr, stumbleupon, twitter, facebook etc.as well as to search engines every month. whilst I increased my engagement on social media.

My posts go out once a month, which i hope to increase with time.

Believe me it is hard work which takes time to generate results. But a few weeks ago, I noticed a sharp increase in daily subscriptions. one weekend had 12 subscribers in two days. Im very excited. Our (my assistant and i) efforts have paid off. Currently we have two or three subscribers daily

Folks, we will succeed. Don’t give up yet.
