What has this to do with Brownies and Wealthy Affiliate?

Today I had a cancelled appointment so I decided to bake some brownies as a surprise for my son as a teatime surprise. It all was going well until I forgot to take them out of the oven and then when I did they were burnt!!! Oh dear, I had decided to use the time they were baking to do another training lesson on Wealthy Affiliate and well I got distracted...

I felt a bit fed up at the outcome...

After I calmed down I decided to return to the computer to finish what I had worked on. The notes I had made had vanished... nowhere to be found... argh... I NEED CHOCOLATE NOW!!!

Not one to be defeated easily baking felt like a safer option than a technology battle, so I ventured back to the kitchen, scraped together enough ingredients to make another batch of brownies and they turned out just lovely and just in time for me to get to my next appointment.

We had the brownies after our evening meal and they were very nice and worth the effort, which was a nice end to the day. I earned some brownie points from my family too for the surprise treat.

Then when I turned the computer back on my notes magically appeared...? I am going to bed feeling happy and content after several failed attempts at things today success was gained. Hurrah!

Don't quit. Don't give up. Things will work out in the end if you accept the failures, don't be discouraged and learn from them.
