I Got A FREE iPad From Wealthy Affiliate

Okay, well I didn’t get it FROM Wealthy Affiliate, But I DID get a free iPad. All thanks to the training provided here at Wealthy Affiliate.

How It Happened

Let’s go back a few months.

A couple of months ago one lf the merchants in which I was promoting was running a competition. The competition stated that top affiliates would get an iPad and others would get gift cards. I received an email notifying me of the competition and I read it but didn’t pay too much attention to it. I had that thought in my mind thag my site was just too new and I didn’t have a chance but it was neat they ran those competitions. After that I basically forgot about it.

Not too long after that my website really started picking up some traction. A review article for the product from that specific company had reached the first page and I was sporatically getting sales here and there.

Fast forward to a few days ago, the company contacted me and said I was one of their top affilates and if I could sens my mailing address they would get the iPad ordered for me.

I was in disbelief.

And today the iPad arrived.

To anyone who is still working towards getting that first sale, just keep on pushing, follow that training, and you will get there. The system works, but you have to work hard and be patient.

I'm Sorry

I do have to apologize to anyone that follows me, I released my first income report two months ago and haven't posted an update since. I have been so busy and any spare time I have generally was spent working on the website.

With my one year coming up in a few days since my return to WA I thought I'd give you guys at least a small update.

My website is definitely still growing month after month. I reached over 3000 visitors last month and income across all channels was over $200 for the first time. I still have a ways to go before getting to where I want to be, but I feel like I am headed in the right direction.

My website currently is sitting at 106 post, and is just past 10 months old. Life has definitely gotten in the way of working on my website in the past few months. I have been working two jobs to get my finances in order to prepare for an upcoming baby due in August and therefore my post frequency has slowed down to about 4 post a month.

I am still pushing, and hoping by the end of this year the income from my website will let me be able to get rid of one of the jobs.
