Adsense Approval, but I don’t like it.
To be honest I don’t know how the ads look on anyone elses page, but these things make your site look so ugly.
I would much rather use Amazon Native ads if I were to put ads up.
Does anyone else feel the same way?

You spend all that time getting your website looking professional only for Google to make it look tacky and unsightly.
Whenever I go to a site and see ads popping up all over the place, I more than likely will come out.
But, it is a potential revenue!
Mick
That is the thing that just stumps me about Google, they want "the best user experience" yet their ads make your website look sloppy.
Lol give it time. And you can control where it shows by using a plugin called Ad Inserter. They have a pro version that allows you to make it sticky, but it doesn't work too well with my theme. Play around with it and test it in different spots to see what works well and is most profitable. They have training videos on youtube for google adsense ads specifically.
I wasn't aware of training videos on youtube. I will have to make my way over there and just take a peek. Thank you!
Hey HuyLe
Personally I don't like those ads either because I can't place them where I want and they aren't always according to my content!!

I am in two minds about whether the ads are worth the trouble considering the return you get.
Derek
Yeah i'm not sure how I feel about them anymore either, I am going to have to think about if I want to keep them on there.
Use ads-inserter plugin so you can control the ads display on your site. You can even disable them on certain post/pages if you wish to. I don't encourage to use the auto display.

You do realise that you can control how the ads appear on your site don't you. Thats done in the set up auto ads section of your console, if that helps ; )
I just saw a Youtube on JerryHuang´s post, how to do this, to shut down auto ads and place the ads where you want them

Hi Loes, yeah the auto ad placement is definitely a pain for sure. The ads themselves don't really look too appealing either though.
I was thinking about having adsense on my site but decided it might actual put people off. Jim
Hey Jim, yeah I was just looking at them after I placed them and they just looked so bad, it would put me off if I was visiting the site.
I am not crazy about ad sense either. I find there are too many on a site. I was told there was a way to control the amount that shows up on a site but I don't think it is working.

Yes I installed google adsense but quickly took it off. Some people seem to be able to place their ads but I didn’t get that option and it did make my site look ugly and unprofessional
