Where's The Crystal Ball?
So, I was just sitting here looking into my future and thinking about all the plans I have and I can see them so clearly, much more clear than anyone I have talked to outside of Wealthy Affiliate.
When I have conversations with people outside of Wealthy Affiliate, its almost as if they have no plan for their future at all. I ask where you going to be in 5 years? ....."I Don't Know" is the answer I get the most.
I am from a smaller town that most kids get out of right away and go off to college, but the ones who don't, usually end up doing absolutely nothing with their lives and see themselves going nowhere.
I already have plans for so much more. They simply sit in this town and waste away their live, and I am sitting here planning my life out years in the future.
I have noticed so many members here who also have a plan for the future.
So I ask, Where's The Crystal Ball?
I often wonder if we are gifted with the imagination to actually see ourselves work toward goals or if others simply don't use it. The one thing I do know.
Wealthy Affiliate is definitely in my future!

Great share, I totally agree with you. It amazing how many people just float on through life just taking each day at a time. When you talk to them about your 2 and 5 year plan they look amazed LOL. Like they wonder what that's like to actually have a plan at all.
Yet you share with them a way to change it and they like it, sometimes they love it.... but still do nothing with it..
Mind boggling
I try to think everyone can do amazing things but I don't see how some people have no motivation even after seeing results. Idk... Some people. Not us, we can see the future! ;)
I feel very lucky that I came to Wealthy Affiliate. This is something I've been looking for without realizing it for a very long time. I feel I'm not unique but quite average. We are all looking for something but at our own speed. The inner space we travel can be quite diverse but the water always reaches the ocean eventually. Lol God I need sleep bad. Ours is success and well being.
We are all unique, we can all do amazing things, but only if we put in the work necessary, I like how you put that, the water always reaches the ocean, I really like that. Never give up!
Well, I plan on being in the 5% range! At 51 years of age I better be. Even if my husband who is a drummer becomes a famous celebrity, I still want to make my own way. And that's exactly what will happen.
That's my crystal ball prediction!

I have the theory most people advance to a point in their lives and then sit there in that position til the end - they loose the ability or desire to look outside their little world. More that 95% follow the less than 5% who make the decisions. Life is a game of sorts and no matter what we do here we are all going out the same way in the end - so enjoy it - take changes - don't take things so seriously but enjoy the journey and don't let it end. And yes most around you have no clue.
Wealthy Affiliate is one journey I will always love, without it I wouldn't be able to shoot for that 5%. :)
Aim for the top Huffman, that's the goal that will ask the best from you to improve you as a human being, a business man, a family man, and all the other aspects of your life and relationship.
Isn't what we should all work toward ?
Each and every day I try to improve as a person, financial success will only help me do it faster! :)

You are right when you say how so many people don't have one and end up doing nothing..wasting away. It's sad to think they end up like this.
We have to think of ourselves though and make sure we carry our plans through.
I know that Wealthy Affiliate IS my future :)
I never thought I would ever join anything like this.
I took the chance and here I am with my own website! I have very little computer experience so if I can do it anyone can.
I'm proud of myself for taking this chance because this is the future I have wanted for so long. I tried other ways but they weren't meant to be.
I am here now and very happy :)
It's awesome that you had plans, and are following them through, and that you know this is the place to be.
I never thought I would be doing anything like this either, but I am so glad I did. Looking to the future! :)
