The End Of Net Neutrality. Effects?
With all of us here at WA being pretty invested into the internet, I would hope I can get some good answers on this. So, in the US, we just ended Net Neutrality... To my understanding this mainly impacts any company that wants to start up and become a tech giant. (Its hard to compete with giants, when you are not yet one) or other smaller businesses starting up in general.
My biggest question is, Does The End Of Net Neutrality have any effect on Affiliate marketing or any services that I need to know about?
My initial thought is, Wealthy Affiliate is a big enough company, making me think, nothing will really affect us as long as WA is strong and proud. Long Live WA!
Any thoughts would be great,
Awesome!

I have good news regarding net neutrality issue.
A Senate resolution to block the FCC's repeal of net neutrality rules has enough sponsors to force a vote on the floor of the chamber.
The measure only needs a simple majority to pass the Senate, and at least one Republican — Sen. Susan Collins — has previously expressed reservations about the FCC's repeal.
A resolution to lift the repeal from the books is highly unlikely to pass a Republican-controlled House — and could be vetoed by the president.
Keep my fingers cross!
Hi, sorry but I don't understand what this really means. Could you please explain why this is good news? thanks
Hi Kenny,
I agree with Marion. I don’t think we have much to worry about with WA. I think what we need to be concerned with is what the internet providers will do pertaining to this ruling.

Very true, there are some big changes that are coming, but the effects on us shouldn't be too bad.
I'm sorry to see all the selfish answers to this question, just that it does not affect me, then i don't bother, is this really how you look at it, it's a disaster for free internet.
Hi Kenny,
Thanks for posting this.
I saw it yesterday and didn't get the chance to comment yet, but it was meant to be because I read the comments and whewww! :D
I shared this already so others can be relieved. It would be nice if Kyle and Carson can maybe give us some information.
I was hoping Kyle or Cason would be one of the first answers, but they are busy! ;)
Defeneftly some relief from the other members! :)
Great question, Kenny. The answers here made me feel so much better too. Whew! Proof we're all in the right place.
All the best,
Sue
Net neutrality was implemented in 2015, there were a ton of successful internet marketers before then and I can assure you there will be a ton more after 2017. No worries unless you are directly competing against Google, Facebook, Yahoo and the like. People tend to over worry about everything these days. You will be fine.

WA's hosting is on Amazon's servers. Amazon is BIG so I don't see how it could affect WA.
That is the lines I was thinking! Thanks for the back up! :)
Thanks for this concrete info Marion!
