From vegetarian to vegan
Hi everyone! I hope you are well, this is my first message here at WA. I have lots of interests and I am giving some thought on how I can start - I have been a vegetarian almost all my adult life, and this year I decided to cut out all dairy products. I haven't looked back! There is so much choice out there now and I think my first project will be how you can live happily and healthily on a plant based diet.... watch this space! xx

Since I wrote this blog I have had lots of ideas what sort of site to have, and in the end I have decided to concentrate on a personal development blog site.. it is in its early stages. I checked out your site, I like the overall look, and I like the theme. As you know, you will have to 'flesh' this out with a formal stuff - privacy page, about me etc. I am always on the lookout for great veg/vegan recipe sites. The recipe you have posted is well written and interesting. I have never used wheat gluten, so I will check it out. I am always looking for healthy 'fast ' food recipes, and I think this idea is generally popular. I wish you every success!
