can this platform manages blog setup, using Microsoft word 2016? If yes please provide instruction.
The only use of Microsoft Word is to use it to write articles. However you shouldn't be writing anything in Microsoft Word to copy and paste in your blog because you pick up extraneous formatting which would look very weird. If you're going to use an external text editor then just use notepad which doesn't have any formatting

Writing the blogs within the website provided by WA platform is very much similar to Microsoft Word. So, it's not difficult like you think. However, you can definitely write in Microsoft Word first and copy paste that into your blog post. Like Catherine has said, previously, we need to do formatting while copying from Microsoft word. But now updated version of the website which you are using won't have any problem if you copy-paste from Microsoft document. So, if writing in Microsoft Word is easy for you, then you can write your content first of all in Microsoft Word and then copy paste that into your website's blog post.
