There Really IS a Way to Make Money from Writing!
I joined WA about 2 1/2 months ago and it has really changed my life. For the first time in my life I've really felt passionate about something that I am trying to make a living off of. It really is great having the freedom of being able to choose any topic I want related to my niche.
The WA community really has a lot to do with the way I feel. I would say pretty much everyone is really friendly here and I've never seen anything disrespectful in the chat room. We are all here for the same reason - to earn a living doing something we love - so it's really nice to see that people are always quick to lend a hand.
The training materials here are amazing, from Jay's webinars to the courses that Kyle and Carson have put together. It's really pretty easy to learn and if there's something I don't understand, there's no shortage of ways to find the answers here! :)
I really wanted to make money from writing video game reviews and I'm really happy with the way my first site is coming along. Please take a look at it and give me some feedback! I love getting constructive criticism - anything to make it better!
I still haven't made a sale yet, but my traffic is starting to improve so I'm expecting that the first one may come along any day now. I will definitely be letting you know when it happens since I couldn't have done it without the kind and helpful individuals I've connected with here. ;)
I still feel pretty new to everything myself, so I just want to say to anyone that's been putting in work but hasn't seen any results yet, DON'T GIVE UP! Keep up with the training and try to write as much quality content as you can and the results you want won't be far off. Nothing is earned without hard work!

Just keep focussed, keep pushing forward with your site and don't get distracted. Too many people end up creating multiple sites and it slows progress, (I'm included in that one!
