On our profile page we have default affiliate link is this going to lead to me for referrals, money? Or is it a generic link?
It will show the affiliate link for the person that clicks on the link. So, if a WA member wanted to direct someone to your profile page they would get credit for doing so.

All affiliate links make you referrals. No affiliate link is a generic link. You can see it has your code in the end: www.wealthyaffiliate.com(your code)

I rather my welcome page named welcome and about me than home page. then I will create other named pages
I do not actually know what other pages to add to my site ugh. I want to do affiliate and promote my 2 businesses and blog.
You have to create a page called blog and put that in your menu and that's where your post will live everytime you write a blog. As far as your other businesses. Unless they are in the same niche, everyone says you shouldn't mix niches on one website. Maybe make a different one for your businesses
I don't use a static theme page, so hopefully carson can explain it for me. I don't want to send you the wrong way
