You have to quickly submit a support ticket to SiteSupport.

So I noticed that Google hadn't crawled one of my websites for the longest time, so I decided to look into it further. I found out that my site was blacklisted due to some malware

Google has a place just for that:
http://www.google.com/webmasters/hacked/
After you've followed the steps outlined there and cleaned your site, Google has a link at the bottom where you can request that they review your site. If they determine that your site is indeed safe, then they will remove the flags they've placed on your site.

If you have your site enabled with Google Webmaster Tools, you can have them recrawl your sitemap and see if that makes a difference.
You can also go here
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/reconsideration
and see if Google says anything about your site. If they do, you should be able to follow the prompts to get it back in search.
