How to Decide What or When to Outsource when Building your Online Business
I have learnt a lot especially when it comes to writing your own content or outsourcing content, like article writing or any other job needed to outsource or any task you need done for your website.
The Main point: Every successful internet marketer has come to the point where they have to outsource some of their business in order to take it to the next level. How do you decide which things to outsource when you're ready, what let you decide to move on and get your business to the next level? This is one sure way to build your work from home business stronger and to take it to the next level.
One of the most difficult and time consuming tasks is to write articles unless it’s your forte’ (then consider yourself lucky!)… because you will save yourself a lot of money by writing your own articles and blog posts. And nothing beats original content – people can pick up you are sincere and that you are expressing yourself in the process through the article and they can relate to it! We know its true, but to find the time inst always that easy hey ?
Some of this points help me in making up my decision to outsource certain tasks…
1. Make a list of the tasks you hate / or neglect because you do no really enjoy doing it.
2. Make a list of tasks that you don't add value to, but you know if you do it properly it can add more value to your business.
3. Make a list of one-time activities, for instance a logo / banner. You just want it done so that you can move on with the next step.
4. Look at tasks that are easy to outsource first, and preferably something you know you will not do professionally.
5. Decide what and when you will outsource, then start looking for the right people. Do some research and find out from other successful markets who they recommend.
Conclusion: You will need to outsource at some point in your business in order to grow, so do it wisely to make the most of your budget.

I may consider to outsource some day but I've given myself one year to start making money with an online business so it either works or I move on.
