I have just come back to the group and need to catch up on some of me old mates (websites). Please advise.
How do I recover my websites after my absence?

How long where you gone. If over 30 days they might have deleted them unless you made special agreement with Kyle.
Welcome back.

Unfortunately the 'international charges' have swallowed my monthly fee, can somebody please advise how I can shift my website from here, until I sort myself out.. I will be bac
Why not use wpbackup plugin & save it in Skydrive or Google Drive or, I think FreeHostia.com has a FREE option for your WordPress website. Did I say that the Chocolate version is FREE? Just some suggestions for you. Wishing you well...
If it is a dotecom just go to where you bought it and point it back to them ( change the DNS servers to them ) and it will be parked there.

Howzit Shane. there should be an option to park your website in the back office of the company you got your domain name from. Not sure how that will work in relation to membership here at WA though so unable to answer that side :)
Log in to the domain registrar account where you bought the domain name, e.g. Namecheap, GoDaddy, or whatever. Go to the Manage Domain section and you should find the option there to park your domain by pointing it to the Registrar's default DNS address.
For example, here are are instructions for NameCheap. Other registrars do it in a similar way.

Remember to do a complete backup of your website. When you're ready to return, you will just need to re-point the DNS address to WA servers and upload the files from your full backup.
Hope we see you back with us soon! Best wishes ~Jude
Thanks Jude, yeah I still have a bit to learn and it's the only real platform that you can not only make money online, but also use what you learn to help others .. I will be back.. and then I'm climbing into the top 100
