First of all congrats on being a premium member!
Also, welcome to the WA tribe...you are going to dig it here.
The premium membership is the top membership and the yearly is just getting our premium at a discount.
I am going to speak to the WA doesn't cater to the Philippines statement. What do you mean. I have friends here from there.
If you have an internet connection you have WA.
Also, you are brand new but, any social media start you already have can easily be tied into your business/yet "unborn" site that you see fit!

I mean, i saw somewhere here that WA does not currently sign up people from the Philippines. And i also read at one point that if you are from that country, you can just choose a different country (i.e France) upon signing up. Ooorrr maybe am wrong, i must have read an outdated blog somewhere. Cause, it just doesn't make sense in a way that they would accept your registration as long as you put other country's name than your own. Don't get me wrong, though i may sound crying about race here, but i am just pointing out some technicalities. Lol!
