Failure is not an option. Failure is a step closer to success. What is failure? The more your fail he more your learn and response to the failure.

Is it the strategy that goes wrong or is it that you are are a reader and not doer. No action taker All you do is knowledge and knowledge and going deeper and become overwhelming.

Have your try. Yes of course your have tried it. Have your put efforts in it yes your do. If all have done why are your not achieving success. Have your put more efforts? The answer is yes.

Lots of efforts and pushing hard on 8yourself. How many times have your fail in your daily goal weekly goal monthly goal half year goal one year goal 2 years goal. Well your got to have this data to measure it so to come out with he facts and statistic numbers. The feed back. So your can't fail as it is not an option. But your fail again and again.

Have your measured your work by jotting down on your journal or your metric list.

So your see failure is not what we want to focus here is about how your overcome he failure. So don't obsess with he failure but get up as quick as possible how your deal with failure.

Focus not to fail instead of focus to success

Your mind concentrate on failure. Play to win so to have winning mind set to success instead of play not to lose.is like playing a football. You want to play offensive to attacking to score a goal to win. You don't want to play in defending so not to lose.

Consistent and repetition

Being working on every single day and keep repeating until your get there. Doing he same think

and working on it. It may sound to be boring and feel uneasy. But this is how we fail to be Consistent by repetition and repetition and repetition till your can write a blog on it as your keep doing it until your become autopilot that is become daily routine.

Habitual and habit

If failure has become a habit for your than it is because your focus on it and think most time of it that your become obsess with it that is why think he other way around think of how consistent and repetition going to get your there to become a part of your process that is habitual and as habit.

Let it go let it go

Let go of he frustration in failure like vent it all out. The problem we us as human we tend to keep he fuss on he failure in yourself that become a habit and habitual that we can't see to let it go and just let it out. That it and continue he road to your destination. You want to let it all out so that it will not keep your struck. You make sure to vent it all out each task work failure to get out from your head. If not this 1 think that fail is going to mess up with your ongoing process that will hold your back.

Make sure when your vent it out and move on. Don't let he failure to stop your progress let in out in short period say 60second to 5min.Take he time to shout it out on he high ground at seaside or arrrrrgh or whhhhhyyyyy...... And so on vent it out. Then stop

Feedback And Analyst

Get feedback on what is going on your progress daily to get your metric measure up to get he process on he right track. Keeping a journal and this way it shows your progress in getting in your direction. Is not only a short term feedback but a mid term analyze and long term.

Absorb like a sponge and flow like a stream

You need to adapt to he setback and fine tune he method. Is like a sponge that absorb he water. And flow like a stream. You want to adapt to he world of learning about he new approaching to anything so that your can catch up with he world of changing. Twit yourself to the changing of world to sosial media

Self reflection and relaxation

You need to get yourself a break on yourself by reflecting on what your have achieve by balancing your daily self reflect on daily goal

Take internal break to relax in short term and take self reflect on midterm like weekly spending time with your hobbies your children your me time or your friend to have an open mind and long term long like yearly vacation on holiday to get a clarity and big picture about your progress or what have your achieve though out the year and your new idea and action plan.Review all your goals.

Take care of yourself

Love yourself and spending me time like inner peace by meditation. Take care of yourself by treating yourself a hot bath or a massage or take time being alone in a beautiful scenery. What about exercise and so on.

Sleep well and eat healthy. Embrace the happy life style by rewarding your self give your self a break.

Accept and Aknowledge

Finally, your want to take failure as a lesson. Learn to overcome it as it is part of what life is trying to teaching you something and so you can become wiser and move on as you want to accept your failure.
