Website down. second time in two months. no response from support

So this is the second time we have had issues with the website being down. We have not done any additions or new plugins or anything to create this issue. I cannot get into the backend, I cannot get it to load. This is a doctors website and he is losing money the whole time patients cannot access the website to book appointments.
I have put in a support ticket, I have emailed Kyle I have messaged Kyle on his page, and still nothing.
I am at a loss but suffice it to say we are out of here once this is sorted. I cannot recommend WA to my doctor then have this. So embarrassing and expensive.
