I have a company waiting for it to go back up. They have been helping with tweaking the site to get better response when we use google ads etc and they offer hosting so I have asked them to take it over as soon as they can. Once it is up it will take them about an hour to move it. But we cant get into the back end, so cannot do anything.

i am truely sorry wa has let you down this badly and are not giving you and other members the support you need...
i am hoping that they learn from this, but really don't expect them to...
they have strangled support and not put another system in place to take over the common faults...
i hope when Kyle comes online that he wil lsort this mess out...
and hopefully support will work with your other company to get it transferred as quickly as possible and back up...

Ive put messages out on social media but this is so not what I expected., If they are going to start new processes it might be a good idea to have someone awake during european time to deal with issues. Having to wait until someone wakes up is so poor. I have been a member here for a long time, spent a lot of money and when I really need support there is nothing and this is a big business, one that cannot take being out of action for any length of time to be honest.
