Lifes Good
Hi All,
What a beautiful day. Woke up and went for a run along the beach front and did a bit of hill training among hundreds of other walker, joggers, swimmers and surfers. The smell of bacon and eggs wafted through the air from family's enjoying brekkie by the beach.
It's a fantastic 25 degree day on the Gold Coast and we are only a week away from winter. What a place to live.
Footy team even won last night.
What more did I need to inspire me to write another post for my website? Very little, so I have just about completed that. Time now for a little R & R.
How's everyone elses weekend been. Hope it has been as good as mine, cheers Jamie

Good to hear you have had such a great weekend. Can't say it's exactly like that here as we've had several heavy showers, but I'm not complaining. As you say Jamie - Life is good :)
