Anything you want! You should do it around something you could talk about or write about - and can help other people.
I was just reading something about the 4 highest paying broad categories for affiliate/Internet marketing in 2018 - I copied them into a file - thought I would share here:
Health and fitness
money making
fashion
sports
I added:
These categories are way to broad. You have to pick a niche - and that is covered in the training.

Hmm, I'd have to think about those for a while to agree. In all 4 categories there are merchants that pay high commission rates and others who pay far less. Rather than trying to chase the money, which is never good, always make sure to choose a niche which interests you, at least for the first one. It will show in the writing and help carry newbies through all the challenges of their new site.
