Do you open lots of tabs and browsers when you work?
My husband laughs at me because I have 15 browsers open with 4 tabs each - actually - it's the other way around. I have 4 browsers with 15 tabs each. Anything over 15 is too much because they don't fit in the browser without scrolling right and left.
Do you open lots of tabs when you work?
I use a PC and I right click and open links in a new tab, finish the page I'm on and wind up with 5 more to look at. Some are useful and some are not. If I don't find it relevant, I can just close the tab and move on.
For instance:
When I do a search on WA - I will put the search term in the search bar and right click on all the results and open thm in new windows. That way I can see if any of the results are relavant to my question.
If I don't get an answer to my question, I can change the search and try again.
This goes for major search engines too - like Google, Youtube and Bing.

Yep, I do that too, and sometimes I close the wrong tab. Hurts when I had the site editor open and it wasn't saved it.

Lol ... This made me laugh. I have that many tabs open, my battery on my I pad drains so quickly. I’m afraid I’m not as organised as you with it though. Occasionally I go through them and go “what was that saved for?” But mostly I go “ ah yes I’ll get round to that soon”
If I do or not is another matter ... lol

Great post I do that open up tabs and close them when I don't need them anymore. I work on a laptop so that makes it easy for me to work that way.
Best solution to managing your open windows is to have dual monitors. I have two monitors and I open two browser windows and MS Word. Work with the website I'm working on the left monitor and I see the results on the website on the right monitor.
makes life a lot easier. No more clicking windows to get them in front so you can work in that window. Most computers will support dual monitors.
