when I go into my account setting there is no where for me to cancled my membership only say I am on monthly plane and give me the choice of goin yearly but no choice to cancle
In your account settings, halfway down the page is subscription settings. Click on membership and just under your photo it says cancel membership. You have to do it yourself. There is no phone number to ring.

I didn't notice what you are exactly talking about. However, it is important to note that some of the training was previously recorded before updates to the platform, templates, etc.
Within your website menu under your site content,you should see something that says templates and you can see the appropriate privacy policy we should use there. It might be worded a little different because we have the updated version and the video was recording with an earlier version of the document. You should click your template privacy policy and fill in your website and contact details to match that of the specific site you are publishing to.
