Importance Of Laughter
Ever since I was a child, I've been wanting to make others smile and laugh. That's how I am today. There''s been some people who have been depressed, down, angry, frustrated...where I've helped, or tried to help, with a more positive attitude, different insight, and with some humor. :) They thanked me for this as it helped lift their moods, it helped them to focus, and it helped them to confront their problem easier and more calmly.
Point is that it's important to laugh. Laughter is contageous, lifts moods, can help improve or sustain health, brings joy and happiness.
Smiling and laughing also helps with your outlook in life, you enjoy life more, and it also brings that "sunshine" wherever you go.
It can improve your character, your attitude, with your social life, and can help with your carreer and success!
So, let's share happiness and laughter with those around us. It makes a difference. :)

It's truly the best way to start any day... thanks for sharing... and may it spread throughout WA today and everyday. Laughing and smiling... the best medicine for whatever is bringing one down . :)
Absolutely! Laughter, smiling, and a positive attitude can really bring out a positive outcome to us...even when we are sometimes in a rut. :)
You are so right! Not to be negative here, but we also need to remember when we act grumpy, hateful, mean, etc., it can also have a affect on how people feel. I used to work for a guy that would come to work grumpy all the time. Everyone would just pray that he would not come to work just about every day. When I left that job I said I would NEVER work for someone like that again. My next job the guy I worked for was happy all the time. When we had problems at the job, he was still smiling. He was very, very successful and I think that had a lot to do with his attitude AND who he surrounded himself with, because he was not over intelligent and at times he was kind of a dunce. I know these things because I was his administrative assistant so I knew more about him than his wife. He eventually became the VP of Operations of our company when he was only 33 years old. So be happy! Laugh, Love, Live!
Very well said and thank you for relating your experience with this! Very true.
When one just lets himself/herself just remain in misery, has self pity, stay negative...these people don't have really any hope and they don't look beyond their problems and what solutions are available. This makes it harder for them and for others.
Happiness, laughter, love, peace, good will, joy, and balance is, I believe, how we are meant to live.
