All AI programs are far from equal
I have been a long-term user of AI, starting before Chat GPT, and an Ardent fan ever since.
The programs rely on your input on what to write and the better the input, the better the result. These programs can bring forward ideas that are often better than your brief so actually enhance your writing.
Things have changed over the past couple of years as the program has been upgraded, and an example is Chat GPT, which went to version 3.5 and is now version 4.
However, the question we should ask could be: Is the writing product getting any better?
I regularly use Chats 3 and 4 for different ideas. I have tried Bing but now I stay away as it does not suit me.
A lot of companies have produced their own version of this, and one I use is with Wealthy Affiliate, called the Hubs program. This will write your posts the way you want and you even have a choice of voice, casual or professional
However, it is a single-use product that only has one job, and that is to write posts
As a blog writer, the proof is in the content, but how do you measure it?
This, of course, assumes you have your SEO structure correct; mess this up and no one reads your article anyway.
I use WordPress, as most of us do, and use the plugins AIOSEO and Yoast on different sites.
They rank your Keyword and your content with a score out of 100. Some of you may disagree with this, but it does give an idea of how close it looks to robotic literature or grade-5 writing.
By far the best writer is the Hubs program at Wealthy Affiliate. I constantly score mid- to high 90s with the occasional 100
Other programs lack positive statements and transition words in particular.
The next question is: does it get more page-one rankings?
Unfortunately, it is the job of keywords that you need a different robot to search for you and then check results on both Jaaxy and a Google search to get an idea of competition and traffic.
Content is important and helps in building the time on site, a reader following, and trust.

They're certainly not all equal Peter, but some do certain tasks better than others!
It's all about the quality of the input with give them... the better quality imput will result in better quality output my friend! :-)
Hi Peter
The WA AI is excellent, but I find it best to drop that output into GPTs I design to add things like H3 tags and give it various final adjustments.
In the end, we have to manually re-write areas of our content to do things like make it factually correct and give it our unique voice.

I agree 100% with you Peter.
Your overall input as far as details allow you to fine tune your ai assisted content. I actually use a mixture of both with great success.
I usually ask chat 4 to break down sections for me and exactly what I want for keywords after researching them and then fine tune it to my wording to make it my own.
Great article.
John
Thanks for the brief review of a couple of AI platforms. I agree with you, the AI here at WA is very top-notch. I am learning multiple new prompts to use with ChatGpt, as well, but the AI here is very good without all the extra prompts. I think the outline really helps with that!
Have a great weekend!
