It does not work that way.
First you need to post on your fb pages. This is what people know, probably the first the the last thing they will do.
There will be a certain kind of people that will be interested in your post and will click to read the blog post.
You can leverage here what you learn at WA about keywords.
These people generally tends to gravitate toward certain topics which they are interested.
Once you have enough data about that you can target that specific type of audience but this time it is on social media.
I do not know if there are tools available for this kind of purpose but if you do it right then you will have tons of followers.
