I try that In Click Bank, Rakuten, and Amazon and I get nothing..

When you applied to each of the affiliate programs you did not receive any type of email saying pending approval.
I would check even spam and junk email boxes to be sure. Sometimes my approval letters are in my spam or junk mail.

No, the only letter I received from ShareASale that they reject my application because my website is mixed English and Arabic.

After I transfer my contents and setting safely to my new domain: hafizbrtawi.com. What I do for the old one (hafizbrtawi.siterubix.com)?

Yeah, you can leave it for up to 30 days for the link juice and seo juice to transfer to your new website. :)
leave it for at least 30 days for all hte posts to transfer over within the google system - then you can delete it or use it as a test site....

If you do not have any content on your siterubix, you may start with your dot com with hubs

You can go to the site builder.

Choose a domain you own, enter credentials, and follow the procedure.
Then head to hubs and choose an existing website.
You can use the move feature within your site manager to move your siterubix subdomain to your dot com when ready. It is a simple process.
You would need to wait up to 30 days (Kyle's recommendation) for 301 redirects to be completed and for the search engines. After that, you MAY delete the subdomain; however, you could keep it longer if hosting space is not an issue or for testing purposes such as themes, plugins, scripts, coding, etc.
