Good day, today i wanna talk about the reality of real mental health and the experience i had with myself aswell as those closes to me. I was introdused to the word or term a first when my husband was deployed as a south african soldier to the united nations of Congo . Could'nt happen at a worsed time in my life... I just had a baby and dad had to leave when she was only 2 months old. I guess my mental health started of the lack of sleep as well as worrying about his safety plus the loniness contributed to all of this. I started not eating going through the day with 1 to 10cups of black coffee which is also a killer . I started loosing so much weight due to the fact that im not sleeping and hardly eating . I became ashamed of my body my clothes didnt fit at all and at times i had to tighten my pants with some old cloth just toprevent it from falling down. The talking of people and family also contributed alot, always asking questions regarding my weight and all. So i attended less family gatherings , i just needed to be alone... In the dark with my crying baby which i could;nt figure out what and why she was always crying, so jah depression is triggered by so many things but which mainly starts with your mindset.....
