I have cracked the top 200, which makes me extremely Happy!! I would like to Thank so many of you that have guided me here. You know who you are, I would say 85% of the top 200 have personally helped me one way or another, through help, support or a kick in the butt. I have been pushing really hard the last week to join this group. This truly is a community of mentors, friends and followers. Many of you are all 3! I kicked it into helper mode this week and I probably learned more than I helped. It is so motivating to wake up and enjoy what you are doing, so I must give props to the two at the top. I normally like to name some of the people who help me, but today I am going to Thank you all!!! I will continue to push myself, help others and push the ones ahead of me by telling them I'm not done climbing the ranks. My one shout out; hey #9, I'm gunning for you. Thanks again all, I truly enjoy it here and most of it is because of the people here. G
