Hey, Guys I just purchase domain gregsmarketing.com can I cancel this purchase.

Hi - it is not possible to cancel the purchase of a domain. That is standard practice within the industry, not just here at WA. You now own that domain for a year.
Make sure you are not set to auto-renew if you don't want it, otherwise you will pay again next year.

What Diane said. The registration is actually handled by ICANN I think, there's no way of getting it refunded as far as I know of. You can try to sell or auction the domain for the same price or more if it's desirable enough.
But you know what? I actually think that's a really easy to remember and brandable domain. Why not keep it yourself and blog about your progress about WA there? You can then use the domain if you want to follow the Affiliate Bootcamp training.
