Plagiarism
Unfortunately, the web is full of people who have no problem with copying another's content and presenting it as their own. We know that's wrong, but it happens. Hopefully, we here at WA use original content. We can get ideas from other sites and develop our own content. Nothing wrong with that.
For those who hire someone to write an article for you or post to your blog, or update your website, be careful. They may promise you original content but can you be sure? It could cost you more in the long run than what you originally paid for their services.
There are sites out there which can protect your site against plagiarism. If you're interested, just do a search for protection against plagiarism.
I wrote this blog because of what happened to my brother. He's been a successful internet marketer for over 10 years. He's written several books and he's fairly savvy about avoiding scams. I guess you know what's coming. He got burned when he hired someone to write a supposedly original article for him. He posted it and not too long after his page rank started to drop. He used a site to that protects against plagiarism and they found the original source that was copied. He took action against the writer but the damage was already done to his page ranking.
Try to write your own content. Actually, the process of writing original content will improve your understanding of the subject matter. Thanks for visiting.

Brilliant! That is a great advice. I will research these sites and get some kind of protection, Did your brother get justice besides losing his ranking?
He got justice after losing his ranking. He never got his money back but the author wasn't selling his lies on the site he purchased from anymore.
So Sorry to hear that, I hope your brother keeps his head up. Thank you again for the blog it means a great deal. Take good care and enjoy the weekend.
