What motivation do you lack?

As some of you may know, I have a self motivation blog.
I thought I'd take a unique (to me at least) approach on deciding what area to focus on for a while. So I thought I'd ask the wonderful WA community!
If you were to name one thing that you needed to be motivated for, what would it be? This can be anything from being motivated to exercise to being self motivated every day. If you went on a Google hunt for motivation, what would you be looking for?
