The service from WA support team is good. I have experience to ask a problem of my wordpress hosting, and they could response me fast and help me to solve it. I liked WA's Free web site hosting service. However, if you request more features other than wordpress (such as cPanel control, Lunix shell script program, etc), you have better use the pay hosting service from namecheap or hostgator.
